TOP 5 CHEAPEST PLACES TO VISIT IN PANAMA

1.Afro-Antillean Museum: Most people don’t know about this place. It’s in the first place for two reasons: It’s free, and if you want to make the experience even cheaper you can take the subway there, it’s only $0.35 cents.

2. Cerro Ancon: Cerro Ancon is a famous location in Panama, for many reasons, but also because of a national poem, which is “Al Cerro Ancon” by Amelia Dennis de Icaza. In that poem, she wants to convey the sadness and nostalgia that all the Panamanians were going through when the Americans took the country. To go there you just have to pay for transportation (if you want to, because you can also go by car, if not, the fee there is less than five dollars) because the entrance to Cerro Ancon is free.

3. Causeway: The Causeway could be in the same position as Cerro Ancon because it’s free but there is a little difference because it is a place that gives you many activities to experience and it’s probably that you will want to eat or ride a bike, doing these two things you are not going to spend more than $15(If your plan is going in a cheap way). Even if you don’t do all those things you will have a beautiful view.

4. Panama Viejo: Here you can learn more about the old Panama City’s history. How was the city in the 16th century, the population and how it ended like that. For Panamenians the tickets cost $5 but for foreigners it is $10.

5. Camping Resort: If you want to feel like on vacation but you don’t want to leave the city, this is an option for you. The Camping Resort is an aquatic park where you will find so much fun for the entire family. The prices of the tickets are: $10.00 for children up to 11. For adults $12.00 and for retired $6.00.

Panama is one of the most expensive counties in Latin America, nevertheless even with a short budget you can find fun and pass a good time here.
