The CCBP’s annual basketball tournament is one of the most important internal activities of the school, which this year the championship trophy was held by eleventh grade E after a hard battle between twelfth grade D leaving results of a close gap of 18-13.
The tournament began in May 4th with pretty awesome games and took a finish on May 9th with the semi finals and the finals between three eleven grades and one twelve grade -something really unbelivable.
The tournament counted with snacks and drinks to see the games, there was a lot of support and encouragment for the players.
The CCBP’s basketball tournament is primarly aimed for the bachelor grades, and with the main objective of helping the graduating years with some of their cost for the graduation.
This year the tournament counted with the help and the support of the professor of Physical Education Cesar Puello and the professor of Chrystian Education Martin Mendez as refeeres and some students of thwelfth grade to mark the points.
This year the level of game of the players was pretty high compared to other years, mostly in the eleventh grades, having the MVP league in 11B and the champion on E. You could see some good moves in the games, such as catch and shoot, pretty good dribbles, layups and 3 point shoots. Globally, it was a good tournament with a high level, good organization, healthy food and a lot of fun.

I thought the league was good, the organization was 10/10, the refereeing was good, a nice initiative for the students to have a moment to de-stress and play sports.

I think it was a great tournament, because many of us liked it and we showed a little of our talent, I feel it is wonderful that this tournament was made, because it helped us a lot to take more confidence with our teammates and roommates, this could help us in other coming tournaments to develop and show other of our talents.

The basketball tournament was very good, very dynamic and above all very clean, everything that was carried out in terms of sales and biosecurity measures seemed to me quite controlled for the mass of people who were there and I would like to do more because besides giving something different to the school, It is a good way to entertain the students, de-stress and fun.

Well for me it was a pleasure to play in the tournament, I was pleased to see that there is a lot of level in other teams, in other grades, in other classrooms, maybe in some not so much, in others yes, and although there were many people who did not know how to play they still got in to have a little fun, to do something different, I really liked it, a cool experience and that we had fun was the best.
